How It Works

1. The discovery call

An opportunity for you to talk me through your current situation, challenges, needs, priorities and identify where you would like to be, and when. This enables me to outline how I can best support you.

2. Proposal & contract

Next, I will send you a proposal of my support services, hours and pricing plan options, so you can make an informed decision. Once this is agreed, I will send you a contract for your review and signature.

3. Let's get started!

Then, we’re off and work is underway! You will start to benefit from the support I can give, your to-do list will become more manageable and achievable and you will begin to have a sense of relief.

4. Invoice & payment

I'll provide you with a monthly invoice and timesheet detailing times, tasks and, if you're on a retainer, any unused hours that can be rolled forward. The invoice is due for payment by BACS within seven days.

5. Receipt, review & repeat

I’ll ping you a receipt and we can review the support periodically. Then let's crack on with the next month, another step closer to you feeling more organised, less overwhelmed and more in control.

Let’s start by arranging a discovery call to get to know each other and to chat through your current situation, challenges and needs, and identify the end goal of where you would like to be, and when.

We can explore how you spend your time and then dig deeper into what you love doing, what you hate doing, time-consuming tasks and the tasks you avoid. 

During the discovery call we can discuss your current situation, challenges, needs and identify your targets of where and when you would like to be.

You may know exactly what you want to outsource, if not, I will be able to make suggestions of how I can help and the areas and tasks I can support you with.

Then I will put together a proposal for you to review so you can make an informed decision.

We can increase or decrease the hours to get it right for you, it might be beneficial to start with more hours to get on top of things, and then reduce slightly over the coming months.

I will provide you with a timesheet detailing tasks and time taken at the end of every month (or more regularly if required).

We will discuss timelines and expectations during our discovery call. Please make me aware of any urgent tasks and we can prioritise these accordingly.

If it transpires that I’m not quite the right person or don’t have specific skills to best support you, I will be honest with you. I can use my network to help find you the right VA for you and your business.

I am able to cover administrative duties when your staff take holidays. By outsourcing tasks which need to be completed to a VA on an ad hoc basis, you only pay for the actual hours worked.

You can avoid using agencies for temporary staff and paying for downtime when work is quiet.

Yes, I have Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance with Hiscox (certificates available on request).
